The picturesque harbour of Pazdehova, the largest in Dramalj, has great historical importance for the inhabitants of Dramalj. It was built in the mid-19th century. The presentday breakwater and waterfront were first marked on the 1862 cadastral plan, which also shows several other simple buildings next to the harbour. Among them, we can recognise the fishermen’s houses that still exist today and the toš olive mill. Equipped with these facilities, the cove was economically important for the inhabitants of Dramalj, who were traditionally oriented towards fishing and agriculture.
