The port of Martinšćica is located on the west coast of the island of Cres in front of the settlement of the same name at the geographical position φ = 44 ° 48.7'N, λ = 014 ° 21.0'E. The port area consists of the coastal mainland and the associated waters. The port consists of a protective breakwater, a wharf with several smaller piers and a shore for mooring boats. The wharf is 55 m long, 5 m wide, and the depths along the wharf range from 2 to 4 m. The 50-m long protective breakwater protects the port waters from the waves from the south. The inner side of the breakwater is used in the summer months to moor smaller boats. Smaller piers and shores stretch along the coastal part of almost the entire port. The length of these shores is 200 m with a mooring capacity of 70 boats, and is mostly used only in the summer months. The wharf, the protective breakwater and the shores within the port are of a massive type of stone and concrete construction and are in good condition for use. At the entrance to the port on the east side, a port light with the characteristics GFl3s7m3M was placed. The port is equipped with a slipway and a boat crane. The port has a connection to the road, city water supply and electrical installations. The port is sheltered from winds other than those from the south, while the protective breakwater partially protects the port from oncoming waves from the south.
