Masonry and wooden building, with open spaces, located along the Rio dei Servi (city canal), intended for the construction of boats. Today it is the headquarters of the Arzanà, an association founded in 1992 for the study and conservation of traditional Venetian boats, where there is a collection of over two thousand objects related to shipbuilding, boat equipment, fishing and lagoon and maritime navigation of great historical and ethnographic value.
