Opis
The tomb of the Franković de Brsez family is located in the Rijeka municipal city cemetery Kozala on the central field B, section 4, number 5 (B-4-5). The earthen grave field around the grave is surrounded by a stone balustrade. Above the tombstone there is a high rectangular stone stella with a list of the deceased ending in a three-leafed shape with the coat of arms in the middle. On the shield in the lower part there is a bridge with three arches with an eagle standing with outstretched wings, which has a Greek cross on the right wing. This is a link with the medal worn by the Frankovićs in history. At the top of the stella there is a seated semi-nude of a young man leaning over the embraced amphora. The following are buried in the tomb: the late Ivan Marija Franković, born in 3/11/1891, deceased 21/12/1963, Giovanni Francovich, born in 1856, deceased 19/2/1938.
