The new building for the customs services administration is a very simple modern building with three visible façades because it was added to the existing concrete warehouse. The main façade faces west, the port waters and the coast where the main entrance to the Boduli pier is located. The conspicuous white five-storey cube rests on nine square pillars (without base or capital) thus creating a shaded porch on the ground floor in front of the recessed glazed main entrance to the building. The rectangular two sides and the main façade are covered with bright, mild relief treated with ceramic tiles as permanent protection. The building is devoid of decorative details, only the main façade is graphically designed by horizontal belts of full wall and continuous rows of glazed windows. Horizontal masonry strips are complemented by vertical projections in an effort to play out the flatness of the façade. The side façades (north and south) have smooth wall surfaces without windows.
