Opis
Grujica Lighthouse is located on the lowland islet of the same name located between the islands of Ilovik (2 M away), Premuda (3 M away) and Silba (4 M away). The lighthouse is located on the southwest side of the island. In front of the lighthouse building there is a pier with a crane and a ramp for smaller vessels and on the opposite side there is an auxiliary ramp with a smaller hangar. The lighthouse building is a single-storey house built of stone and with a 15-m high stone tower on the façade. At the top of the tower there is a light with characteristics WFl (3) 15s (2 (0.5 + 2); 0.5 + 9.5)s. Near the lighthouse building there are two smaller auxiliary houses with pantries. The yard and gardens next to the building are cultivated with agricultural crops. The lighthouse is automated, but the lighthouse crew is kept on the island, which is why the building is well-preserved.
